Woodside gifts is the gifts branch of Woodside Cat Trees. The website and its content is run and owned by Adrian Brock T/A Woodside Cat Trees. All content is copyrighted by its respective owner and for the sole purpose of supplying information about the services, items available and an e-commerce store where you as a customer may purchase items from us. It may not be reproduced in any form without prior consent, any breach of copyright will be dealt with by the applicable UK laws.

You agree not to hold us liable for any actions, losses or damages from using this website, or from using any links to third party sites you may visit from a link found within this website. You will not hold us responsible to any losses due to down time of the sites service including down time that may result in emails not being received in a timely manner.

Whilst we take much care to make sure all the information on this website is correct. We have the right to change to images, descriptions, pricing and shipping charges of products at anytime without notice.
Due to the nature of some of our products being handmade and the use of natural materials, sizes are all approximate, and they maybe variations in colours, textures, finish and depth of laser engraving, (as natural materials have variations in grains, natural flaws and textures). We take the utmost care and attention to detail with all our products and check them before shipping to make sure they are of a standard that they are fit for their purpose. We do not provide any warranties for any of our products that have been used for anything other than their intended purpose or not been cared for in the rightful manner.
When receiving any returns they will be checked to make sure they are in their original condition. We hold the right to refuse a refund if the terms of our returns policy has been met.
We also take all due care in ensuring that our website is free of any virus, worm, Trojan horse and/or malware, however, we are not responsible for any damage to your computer system which arises in connection with your use of our website or any linked website.

Orders, Shipping and Returns
Placing an Order
When choosing from options available please check you have chosen the right option required. If choose an option please check before sending. We will use this information to know which item to send you.
All orders and done via a secure encrypted server. We will only use your personal information to complete and contact you if required for your order, we will not share it with any third parties.
Emails
Please make sure you supply us with the right valid email to contact you on, and check your junk mail/spam box if you have not received any emails about your order or enquiry.
Personalisation, Bespoke & Promotional Items
We offer laser engraved personalised gifts, bespoke laser engraved items. Please check all information for your order before submitting:
1. Any text you send for adding to your item/s (we will check any text sent but are not responsible for any spelling mistakes or grammar issues in text you send).
2. Any option choices chosen from those available.
3. Please check all contact and delivery addresses are correct before submitting your order.
4. For bespoke products we will liaise with you to discuss your specifications, timelines and the pricing, Then ask for email confirmation you are happy to proceed before we commence with producing your order.
Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse any personalisation without any explanation that we deem to be illegal, explicit, abusive, offensive or anything we feel is not appropriate.
Cancelling or Changing an Order
If for any reason you wish to cancel or change an order please contact us as soon as possible. We can not cancel any orders that have been processed and ready to post, or cancel / change personalisations personalised / bespoke orders where we have started to create the item or sourced the materials required (if the order requires us to source extra materials we do not have in stock).
Shipping Options
Items from our store can be posted to Mainland GB which excludes Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and any areas not connected by road or rail. If you are from any other area and would like to order please contact us.
For your peace of mind all our orders are sent via tracked shipping. Small orders are usually sent via Royal Mail tracked, for larger orders we may use Parcelforce 48. If you require your order in a hurry feel free to contact us to discuss timelines before placing the order.
Estimated delivery time
We understand that timely delivery is crucial, and we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frame specified during the checkout process. Please note that the estimated delivery time may vary based on factors such as product availability, destination, and shipping method selected. Please note: We are not responsible for any delays due to circumstances out of our control.
Order processing time
Once you place an order, our dedicated team begins processing it promptly. This includes verifying the order details, conducting quality checks, and preparing the package for shipment. The order processing time may vary depending on the product, with some items requiring additional handling or customisation.
Shipment tracking
To keep you informed about the progress of your delivery, we provide shipment tracking for most orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate its arrival.
Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day change of mind return policy*
Please contact us first if you require to return a item. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the returns slip. The buyer is responsible for any returns postage costs and must provide tracking information. Refunds are for the item cost only and do not include any initial postage fees paid and will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
*Exceptions: We do not except returns for made to order personalised/bespoke products or earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
Faulty items: If the return is due to a faulty item please contact us via email so we can resolve your issue promptly.
